Daniel agreed to a vasectomy and made an appointment for the procedure with Dr. Dewart at St. John's Hospital in Livingston, West Lothian in the U.K. Right away, things went wrong. Daniel claims that the anesthesia didn't take and that he repeatedly informed Dr. Dewart of this fact. To add insult to extreme injury, Daniel suffered nerve damage from the procedure and eventually had his testes removed in an attempt to ease his pain.
