Filed under: Kids 5-7, Kids 8-11, Teens & tweens, Playground bureau, Weird but true, MealtimeOlder generations have got to be stunned at all the gadgets available to make kid's lives easier. There are computers for homework, Wiis for entertainment, iPods for music, as well as bikes, skateboards, Rollerblades, scooters, and even Heelys to help youngsters get where they need to be in a hurry. But it's got to be even more shocking to see products like the Zing! spoon on the market.
Thanks to Zing!'s spring-loaded handle, the truly lazy or the carpal tunnel afflicted no longer has to suffer the embarrassment of not being able to join in cafeteria food fights and can fling their mashed potatoes with ease! Launch those tater tots with abandon, the Zing! will pop back ready to reload faster than you can say "Here comes the principal!"
And because even after 15 years, sometimes it's hard to remember YOU are now the parent, my first reaction to this product was "HOLY COW, THAT IS AWESOME!" followed by a quick, "Wow! I mean, that is totally inappropriate and wrong!"
Thanks, Ilona!
