Considered to be the world's most famous porn star, Jameson began her exotic film career in 1993 to get back at a cheating boyfriend. Since then, she's become famous not only for having sex on camera, but for ClubJenna, the porn film company she founded in 2000.Earlier this year, Jameson officially retired from 'acting' and is now moving in an entirely different direction with her life. A source says that Jameson and her boyfriend, Ultimate Fighting Champion Tito Ortiz, are expecting their first child. She and Ortiz have been dating since 2006 after meeting on MySpace.Jameson hasn't confirmed the pregnancy yet, but has made no secret of her desire to be a mother. She suffered a miscarriage when married to Jay Grdina and later failed to get pregnant via in vitro fertilization.Becoming a mother is a wonderful and life-changing event and I am happy for Jameson in that regard. But I have to say that I feel sorry for the child. At some point, that kid will have to be told about mommy's past. And then what? Does the child follow in the family business?
